Doug Sawyer is an established and experienced complementary therapist working in Bristol and Devon for 20 years.

Doug Sawyer offers a selection of complementary therapies including Shiatsu, Rebirthing and Couple Counselling.
SHIATSU
Doug is a fully qualified practitioner of Shiatsu and is a member of the Healing Shiatsu Society. There are many benefits to his Shiatsu treatments ranging from stress relief, muscle relaxation, freeing stiff and aching joints and a whole range of other complaints. You can expect to feel a deep sense of well-being after a session.
REBIRTHING
Doug is a Breathwork Specialist. His Rebirthing work helps you resolve long-standing issues and get on with your life. Doug helps clients to relax and breathe freely. By working with a combination of the breath and your beliefs it is possible to develop the tools to easily deal with difficult life experiences.
COUPLES RELATIONSHIP THERAPIST
Doug also works as a Couples Relationship Therapist to support what really works in their relationship and to give couples the tools to support each other when difficulties arise. Couples who are interested in rediscovering the spark or of taking their relationship onto a new level come to Doug for his Couple Relationship skills.
REBIRTHER TRAININGS
The Avalon Institute of Rebirthing was founded in 2007 to provode a quality training course in Rebirthing for people interested in making a career as a Rebirther.
